"Born in London, Namdi has lived across multiple countries—including Italy, France, Switzerland, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and the United States—an experience shaped by the displacements of war. His work is deeply influenced by a fascination with materiality, color, and form, with a particular emphasis on the tactile process of sculpting, evident in his textured, relief-like mixed-media paintings.
